Nope, It's in the Terms of Service that you agree to when you register....
--------
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Yahoo!7 and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

Yahoo is well covered in this respect.

Dear Gus,
Yahoo! does have the best layers. They did my brick driveway a while back. Also in bed they're something of a kama-sutra masterpiece. I'm glad we agree on this. Laid that myth to rest.
Love,
Yours Truly.
Dear Question Asker,
No.Yahoo! would not be liable. They are the middle man. It's kind of like when a doctor prescribes a medication for a patient and get's the prescription filled. The patient takes the medication only to find out they are allergic to it. They do not sue the pharmacy because they did not know of your allergy.
i don't think it would be possible to file a lawsuit against yahoo
they probably have the best layers
and i doubt it would be the person who answered the question's fault either
hope this helped a little
That would be the asker's fault for taking the advice of the person who gave the bad answer.
i highly doubt that because we are responsible for our own actions nd taking crazy advice oops thats a mistake
