Even after brushing teeth, the bad breath will come back after.Any homemade remedies that you could recommend to reduce or eliminate bad breath?Plus,is it caused by bacterial infection?Any advice? Thanks in advance for answering(:What are the easiest ways to eliminate bad breath?Any advice?
Thorough flossing is by far the best preventative treatment for bad breath. Bad breath isn't exactly caused by an infection but more accurately bacteria does cause this. Don't be alarmed since the mouth houses all kinds of bacteria and enzymes, some being healthy and necessary for your digestion. Also, try to stay away from alcohol based mouthwashes as alcohol is an astringent and actually dries out the mouth by reducing blood flow to the gums. This is ideal for bacteria to reproduce. Instead use alternate mouthwashes. I think crest makes a nice one that is fairly priced.
If none of this helps then check out your local CVS, Walgreens, Eckerds or other neighborhood pharmacy. They usually have step by step bad breath treatments that may work for you. What are the easiest ways to eliminate bad breath?Any advice?
You need to work out whether you have temporary bad breath - caused by dry mouth/food/smoking/alcohol/poor dental health - or whether you have chronic bad breath which is often caused by medication.
if it temporary then it will help to drink lots of water to keep your mouth moist. You also need to brush your teeth 2 or 3 times a day - preferably after eating. Carry breath mints with you to stave it off during the day.
If it's chronic bad breath then you need to talk to your doctor or dentist for help.
Along with brushing, flossing, mouthwash, and maybe sugarless Xylitol based gum, some kind of tongue scraper could be useful:

Until you get one, you can make a point of using a toothbrush to brush as much of your tongue as you can without gagging.
Certain foods are also more likely to cause bad breath. It may be worth asking your doctor as well since things like acid reflux can influence bad breath.
are you also flossing? cause food that is stuck between your teeth rot and can make your breath smell. also do you have any cavities? if so, you need to get those fixed. another thing... the foods you eat also make your breath smellm like onions, garlic, spicey foods, the smell can come up from your stomach. like when you burp you can taste what you ate hours ago.. things like that.
so.... floss, fix any cavities, and watch what you eat.

-The ebook explains the reasons and solutions for bad breath even if the person has tried mouthwash, gums, and other things to prevent the problem.
-Try TheraBreath products. I dated a guy who had bad breath and he tried this stuff which really worked for him.
-Brush your tongue or use a tongue scraper. Also, brush the inside of your cheeks, and the roof of your mouth.
-Also, schedule a deep cleaning with your dentist.
The reason why your bad breath comes back is because the major cause of bad breath is the bacteria on the top of the tongue, especially the back one-third. So after you brush your teeth, clean your tongue with a good tongue cleaner. I use OraBrush tongue cleaner.
Try flossing before you brush, and brush at least 3 times a day.
If it's been at least 6 months since you've had your teeth professionally cleaned, you may want to schedule an appointment...then start the proper oral hygiene at home to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
Best of luck to you. :)
If the bad breath is persistent, I would have it checked out by your doc to make sure it's not a sign of a more serious condition--sometimes cavities will cause bad breath, as will digestive problems
Try to brush your teeth after every meal. Chew small pieces of either clove or cardamom while in meetings. Consult a dentist to find out any infection or he may suggest some solution to wash your mouth which will solve your problem

There could be a pin hole bleeding in the gum without your knowledge.
