What are the things that brighten you a bit when you had a really bad day? Advice plz...?

except for watching animes and reading mangas.... What do you do when you had a really bad day? When you had no one to talk to or to seek advice.... It's hard being a teenager sometimes..... Any advice... coz i really had a bad day... thanks....What are the things that brighten you a bit when you had a really bad day? Advice plz...?
Just relax on your bed, and daydreaming and wondering why you have such a bad day today. Don't do other stuffs that you think can brighten you, as you I don't think you will have any mood for that. So, just lazing around as when you have bad day, you will feel lazy...it's works for me as sometimes I will fall asleep and when I wake up again, I feel totally relax!What are the things that brighten you a bit when you had a really bad day? Awww, really you had a bad day. Well don't worry, I bet you that the next day will be way better. Maybe a hug will make you feel better *gives you a hug*. But when I have a bad day, I go over to my sisters house or friends, and we watch movies together with popcorn and chips. That usually makes me happier. Or sometimes I will go outside in a big field and lay down and let all my thoughts disappear, and only think about relaxing. If that did not work then I play some video games with my little brother, and that usually gets my mind off of everything, because since I am so concentrated in beating my brother in a one on one fighting game lol. But anyways, if I didn't help you out, then I hope you find what you need!

Do some exercise, watch my favorite tv show on my computer. Jerk off, have sex, piss someone off. Talk to anyone, scream or just jump up and down.

when i had a bad day i used to write everything down in a journal and just get all of my negative thoughts onto a piece of paper then rip it out tear it up and throw it away. very therapeutic.


putting on some relaxing music or a good movie helps too.

or going on the computer!!

try to stay positive, treat yourself nicely, go for a walk and really smell feel and look for all the beauty that surrounds us, be grateful for what you have and remember that the world might seem a scary place but its mostly filled with nice people and tomorrow is another dayxxx
i do something thati like... listen to music, dance,eat lot of chocolates... go for a walk or drive(according to the time of the day)..


the best of all is sit alone n pray to God.. talk to him it gives a lot of pleasure.. trust me.. try once u will love it..
I have a laugh messing about with my brothers . Do something silly ! Phone friends go out to an arcade , play xbox , etc.
I come on C%26amp;A and answer my contacts questions. They're all really nice and a lot of them are really random so it makes me smile.





I also draw or write poetry. :)
