I've seen a lot of bad advice given in this section, from telling people they can't eat yogurt and lose weight all the way up to telling the best way to ';become'; anorexic and/or bulemic.

The most annoying stories are all the ones from 13 year-old-girls who are 80 pounds and want to lose 20 pounds. They then get about 10 answers to their post saying they need to eat more. Even worse are people who respond to these posts and actually give advice for these anorexic girls on how to lose more weight.Does this section offer more bad advice than good? What's the worst dieting advice you've seen here?
The constant sells ads are the worst I think. ;)
