Do you think this is good advice or bad advice?

It's from my mom. These were here exact words;


';When you're in high school, try to avoid drawing attention to yourself. Just blend in and be like everyone else. When you graduate, you can do whatever the f*** you want, just go unnoticed in school.';


I can't decide whether that's good advice or bad advice, lol.Do you think this is good advice or bad advice?
Bad, because....lots of kids in high school drink, smoke weed, party, have sex...ha does she want you to be like that?





I'm sure she didn't mean it that way, but think about it.

Say you get stressed, and don't want college on a whim, you don't have to..not the best for your future.
If you won't be noticed, don't try to be. Othewise, you'll have two options: be recognized in a positive or negative way. And the second one happens, you have no choice and you're stuck with rumours and a shitty opinion.





Good advice.
it depends on the type of person you are. if you're like me, the quiet person who avoids drama, go for it. but if you're the type who likes standing out, then don't listen to that and just be yourself.
I don't think it's the BEST advice, haha, but she ment well.





I think she ment don't stand out in bad ways. Like


being the high school s|ut, drug addict, or annoying obnoxious kid. :D
It's kind of bad advice, but I'm sure she meant it in a good way. I think she meant, don't stand out for the wrong reasons. But it's good to stand out, for the right things...
