I am wanting to go to college but have bad GCSEs advice teaching assistant?

hi i got E for maths and F for English in my GCSEs i am wanting to do a teaching assistant course level 1 but do not no if the maths and English is in with the course or if i have to do them separateI am wanting to go to college but have bad GCSEs advice teaching assistant?

I am about to do Level 2 Teaching Assistant. The course is purely Teaching Assistant based and you have to either be working or volunteering at a school to do the course. There is no other subject in with the course.


The best thing for you to do is to contact your local course provider and see if you can get on the course with your GCSE results. Maybe think about resitting your Maths and English GCSE, because as a Teaching Assistant you will need a good knowledge of Maths and English.
